Just a diary of my mundane doings, family updates and thoughts about this, that and the other

Jesus is holding me up
I have left the place where it is my fault that the sick aren't healed.
I have left the place of the pointing finger.
I have left the place where I am told that I continually let Jesus down, instead I have come to a place where I am told, "It is not you who is holding Jesus up"
I have just left our church of 15 years.I feel i am just starting the journey you have just traveled.I hope and pray the outcome is the same although at the moment i feel lost.
Madness & Mayhem: It's a natural reaction. I felt lost, numb, confused. I still do in so, so many ways, it's a healing process and it feels so slow - but that's fine. I have my good days and my bad days. In fact, I think feeling lost is a better place to be than to be feeling I have 'arrived' because I know that our Shepherd is searching for me and you and all the other sheep who feel lost. Just knowing that at some point I'm going to be on His shoulders being carried home makes it all worthwhile. Big hugs. x
